Sealed packs and original packaging.

Returned items must be in original condition with packaging intact. Opened or partially consumed packs may not be eligible unless the issue is due to damage or defect.

Refunds

How we issue refunds.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

When returns aren’t possible.

Items bought on final clearance, or products that have been tampered with after delivery, may not be eligible for return except as required by law.
